Content is how brands gain attention, trust and affinity. Our snackable content wizards produce high-end graphics, photos, and videos that are optimized for your social channels.
But content alone is not enough. To drive awareness, engagement and ROI, content must be hyper-targeted using paid media and managed by real humans. In real time. We make sure that each piece of content we create is amplified to the most valuable and relevant audience, planning and executing objective-driven native ad campaigns across social platforms.
Showing the right content to a receptive and enthusiastic audience results in third-party endorsements from advocates, influencers, and journalists. People trust people, and our media relations specialists ensure that your latest news, campaigns and projects are represented across relevant media.
Throughout this process we manage your community, adopting the voice of the customer and keeping your brand interactive. As a result, you are connected to a growing, loyal audience. Everything we do is quantifiable and measured in real-time. Data and analytics drive our ideas and execution.
We’re here to help you grow.

Founder & President
What’s up? Thanks for visiting. Since starting Laundry Service, I’ve spent my days and nights immersed in new media, developing and implementing social and digital programs. The communications landscape continues to change in real time, and it’s really exciting to be on the cutting edge. We work hard to keep up and take pride in our work. Check out my CNBC columns for my latest thoughts on the space, and my VC firm to see latest and greatest social media technology.
When I’m not working, I watch a lot of basketball and spend too much time on Twitter. Hit me up @jasonwstein!
Well, someone has to have the grey hair. I’ve been in Communications for more than 35 years, mostly as the head of my own PR agency. I was one of the first in PR to embrace the Internet in the 1990s, which earned me a reputation as a bit of a futurist and maverick. We have led the way in using technology to enhance communications with journalists, as well as a brand’s customers, employees, investors and everyone else who has an interest. For 12 years, we’ve conducted the largest survey of content creators in the world, and leveraged the findings to give talks and author scores of blog, articles and a PR best-seller, “Winning PR In The Wired World” (McGraw-Hill).
In all my years in communications I have never been more excited about any development than that of the emergence of social media. Laundry Service astounds me every day with all the new and exciting tools it brings to client communications. It is a whole new universe, changing communications forever and for the better. An extraordinarily effective component of communications, we can measure ROI virtually in real time. This is the golden age of communications and social media is leading the way.
Welcome to Laundry Service. I hope you are enjoying our site. As the Chief Operating Officer, I make sure that as our company grows we remain nimble and efficient like the start-up we once were. I have been a partner in Laundry Service since day one, managing teams of 20-150 people on everything from feature films to commercials and web series. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, making clients happy and throwing great parties! Follow us on Twitter and Facebook for updates on the next big shindig.
Heyyyyy. I’m the Creative Director at Laundry Service. Previously, I worked for a bunch of Viacom’s networks, including MTV, Nickelodeon and Nick@Nite. After that, I started my own graphics company, where I designed logos, print ads, motion graphics, websites, events, business cards, events, and more. Then LS won me over and I never looked back. I have two degrees from NYU: a B.S. in Studio Art + Marketing and a M.S. in Digital Imaging. I love rom-coms and Pinterest. I like Grey Goose and pedicures. If you want to see some of my work, look no further. Literally! I designed this website!
Chief Strategy Officer
It’s pretty exciting to be on the front lines of the social consumer revolution! I help businesses of all sizes connect with their customers by developing and implementing integrated strategies across digital channels, paying close attention to the relationship between paid, owned and earned [converged] media. I’m a born and raised New Yorker, so I naturally love to share my experience and viewpoints. For my social media quips, follow me on Twitter @RossSheingold. If it’s photos of NYC you’re looking for, feel free to follow me on Instagram @RossSheingold. And for you New York sports lovers, follow my sports-centric Twitter account @StadiumInsider.
Born and raised in North Carolina, I moved from Charlotte to Philadelphia, and then decided to make New York home. I’m interested in everything related to health and fitness, and I’ll try any protein bar at least once.
I started my career with The Vanguard Group, where I rotated through several business units before I helped launch their social media efforts for their Advisor and Institutional businesses. Then, I quickly found that I had an appetite for the agency side of things, so I assumed a social strategy role at Horizon Media. While at Horizon, I developed strategy and activated campaigns for the likes of Capital One, Kraft, Mondelēz, A+E Networks, The Weather Channel, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Cayman Jack, Boar’s Head, iHealth, Tillamook, Sands Casino, Ace Hardware and Little Caesars. I love working with the people behind passionate brands, and I can’t wait to see what we at Laundry Service can do for you.
Thanks to Laundry Service, I’m actually having fun at work! I’ve been using social media since college, and have made it an integral part of my Communications career for the past decade. I really enjoy working with clients to help grow their brand via social platforms. I’m a Jersey guy, husband, father and FourSquare addict. I’m pretty compulsive about college basketball, especially my alma mater, the Seton Hall Pirates. #GoPirates!
Send me a tweet @edcunning and say hi. Cheers!
Senior Account Manager
Hi! My communications career includes representation of some of the world’s biggest brands (Madison Square Garden, MasterCard) and entertainment properties (Times Square New Year’s Eve celebration, Stand Up To Cancer). At Laundry Service, I’m responsible for day-to-day program management and execution of events initiatives. I love building brands through a combination of experiential and digital media! You can find me on Twitter @ShaynaPilnick.
G’day mates! Yep, that’s right – I’m from Australia. Since moving to New York and replacing my riding kangaroo with the subway, I’ve had more time to focus on my personal and professional passion for social media.
Everything online is measurable and every social media objective should be directly tied to an overall business objective. I’m a firm believer in the combination of owned, earned and paid media (converged media) and it’s only through the utilization of converged media that our data driven, creatively amazing social media programs can thrive.

Hey there! I was one of the beta users of Facebook (the address was still thefacebook.com!) during my time in the master’s PR program at Syracuse University. I’m delighted to be combining that level of social media familiarity with a decade of communications experience. I help our clients take advantage of the vast possibilities of converged media by offering my counsel on messaging, content strategy and influencer targeting, among other things.
Senior Account Executive
Helllllllllloooooo! Since working with major consumer brands like Disney Parks and the Harlem Globetrotters, I’ve expanded into the tech world and now spend my days integrating social and digital strategies with traditional PR to create a cohesive experience for my clients. Through the converged (earned, paid, owned) media approach harnessed at Laundry Service, I help brands communicate effectively and stay in sync across all channels.
I’m a life-long New Jerseyan, budding food pundit, aging amateur athlete, incessant Twitter junkie and Seinfeld maestro. For social news and other nonsensical commentary, I’m on Twitter @ndimichino.
Heyyyyyyyyy! I’m the Content Director for Laundry Service. I’m also an ex-journalist-turned-digital-
enthusiast imparting the knowledge I gained during my editorial career to the team. I’ve worked for magazines such as In Style, Entertainment Weekly, Lucky, New York, and SPIN. I love it when I’m the conduit to a great story. At Laundry Service, I help individuals, businesses and brands create original content and establish thought leadership via bylined articles. It’s beginning to look like a newsroom around here (the best of both worlds). Whenever I unplug, you can find me at my favorite record stores adding to my vinyl collection, discovering indie artists at concerts and sharing my finds here. Follow me on Twitter for dry humor, lyrics and random thoughts: @okMai.
Hey, thanks for stopping by! I have always strived to build web sites that make use of intelligent design and the latest technologies to communicate a brand’s goals, helping them grow. That has been the core of my role throughout the last 10 years, and I continue even more invigorated with the Laundry Service team. When I’m not glued to my computer screen, I enjoy eating, running, illustration, and I make it a habit to keep learning. @robertdiaz
From day one, I have been the lead Editor and Post Production Supervisor here at Laundry Service. After receiving degrees in Film Studies, Sociology and French, I traveled the country in search of destiny, dabbling in finance, the non-profit sector and artisanal food production. In my spare time, I enjoy kayaking, books about people who have been assassinated, and Super Mario 3.
What’s going on? I’m a community manager here at Laundry Service, so I get to post on Facebook and Twitter all day (and get paid for it!). What a country. In all seriousness, it’s great to help grow communities across various fields through my role here. Prior to LS, I was at A+E Networks working for the HISTORY and H2 brands. I have also interned at Thrillist.com, Major League Baseball and SiriusXM Radio. In my free time, I watch too much TV and Netflix, root too hard for the Giants and Yankees (and my Quinnipiac Bobcats), and eat too much pizza. Follow me on Twitter @Fletch788.
Hi there! I’m the Community Manager here at Laundry Service, which means I get to do what I love everyday – socialize! It’s really cool to develop communities across various social platforms, from Facebook and Twitter to Tumblr and Pinterest. Before LS I worked for A+E Networks’ Lifetime Television, and NBC Universal. In my spare time I enjoy spending excessive time on personalized manicures, blogging, and exploring good eats. You can follow me @CarryMel, but I can’t promise I’ll give you permission to see my tweets!
