About
247 Laundry Service Tumblr blog
Laundry Service is a leading mid-size social media agency. We help companies grow by actively managing their digital presence 24/7.
Our programs are a convergence of Owned, Earned and Paid media. We create snackable content through our always-on newsroom. We distribute the content via influencer programs and traditional media. Then we amplify everything using highly targeted native advertising on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Tumblr. Throughout this process we manage your community, keeping fans engaged and interactive. As a result, you are connected to a growing, loyal audience.
Everything we do is measurable, because everything on the internet is quantifiable. Testing is the most important way to gauge and ensure success. Data and analytics drive our ideas and execution.
Our capabilities result in successful campaigns that fully integrate social, traditional and new media.
Like a good laundry service, we are timely, fresh and crisp. But we don’t shrink anything.

What's up? Thanks for visiting. Since starting Laundry Service, I've spent my days and nights immersed in new media, developing and implementing social and digital programs. The communications landscape continues to change in real time, and it's really exciting to be on the cutting edge. We work hard to keep up, and take pride in all of our work. Check out my Digiday column for my latest thoughts on the space, and my VC firm to see latest and greatest social media technology.
When I'm not working, I watch a lot of basketball and spend too much time on Twitter. Hit me up @jasonwstein!

Don Middleberg
CEO
Well, someone has to have the grey hair. I’ve been in Communications for more than 35 years, mostly as the head of my own PR agency. I was one of the first in PR to embrace the Internet in the 1990s, which earned me a reputation as a bit of a futurist and maverick. We have led the way in using technology to enhance communications with journalists, as well as a brand’s customers, employees, investors and everyone else who has an interest. For 12 years, we've conducted the largest survey of content creators in the world, and leveraged the findings to give talks and author scores of blog, articles and a PR best-seller, “Winning PR In The Wired World” (McGraw-Hill).
In all my years in communications I have never been more excited about any development than that of the emergence of social media. Laundry Service astounds me every day with all the new and exciting tools it brings to client communications. It is a whole new universe, changing communications forever and for the better. An extraordinarily effective component of communications, we can measure ROI virtually in real time. This is the golden age of communications and social media is leading the way.

Alyson Warshaw
Creative Director
Heyyyyy. I'm the Creative Director at Laundry Service. Previously, I worked for a bunch of Viacom’s networks, including MTV, Nickelodeon and Nick@Nite. After that, I started my own graphics company, where I designed logos, print ads, motion graphics, websites, events, business cards, events, and more. Then LS won me over and I never looked back. I have two degrees from NYU: [1] a B.S. in Studio Art + Marketing and [2] a M.S. in Digital Imaging. I love rom-coms and Pinterest. I like Grey Goose and pedicures. If you want to see some of my work, look no further. Literally! I designed this website!

Thanks to Laundry Service, I'm actually having fun at work! I’ve been using social media since college, and have made it an integral part of my Communications career for the past decade. I really enjoy working with clients to help grow their brand via social platforms. I’m a Jersey guy, husband, father and FourSquare addict. I’m pretty compulsive about college basketball, especially my alma mater, the Seton Hall Pirates. #GoPirates!
Send me a tweet @edcunning and say hi. Cheers!

Hey, thanks for stopping by! I have always strived to build web sites that make use of intelligent design and the latest technologies to communicate a brand's goals, helping them grow. That has been the core of my role throughout the last 10 years, and I continue even more invigorated with the Laundry Service team. When I'm not glued to my computer screen, I enjoy eating, training for my first marathon, digital photography, illustration/t-shirt design, and I make it a habit to keep learning. @robertdiaz

Keith Campbell
Social Strategist
Hey there! I was one of the beta users of Facebook (the address was still thefacebook.com!) during my time in the master's PR program at Syracuse University. I’m delighted to be combining that level of social media familiarity with a decade of communications experience. I help our clients take advantage of the vast possibilities of converged media by offering my counsel on messaging, content strategy and influencer targeting, among other things.
You can find my opinions on a wide array of topics on Twitter @keithrcampbell, and my photographs of New York and other locales on Instagram @kayarcee or on Tumblr

Maiya Norton
Content Director
Heyyyyyyyyy! I’m the Content Director for Laundry Service. I’m also an ex-journalist-turned-digital-
enthusiast imparting the knowledge I gained during my editorial career to the team. I’ve worked for magazines such as In Style, Entertainment Weekly, Lucky, New York, and SPIN. I love it when I’m the conduit to a great story. At Laundry Service, I help individuals, businesses and brands create original content and establish thought leadership via bylined articles. It’s beginning to look like a newsroom around here (the best of both worlds). Whenever I unplug, you can find me at my favorite record stores adding to my vinyl collection, discovering indie artists at concerts and sharing my finds here. Follow me on Twitter for dry humor, lyrics and random thoughts: @okMai. -

Hola! Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to check us out. We know that there is a constant battle for your attention, and we strive to create content and share information that will be worth your while. I feel privileged and honored to be a part of the Laundry Service family.
I'm on Twitter.
